MJM TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Overview
These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) govern all services provided by MJM (“Company,” “we,” “us”) including event videography, photography, and related production services booked through our website, payment links, or direct agreement.
By submitting payment, the client (“Client,” “you”) agrees to these Terms.
2. Services Provided
MJM provides event production services which may include:
Event videography coverage
Event photography coverage
Highlight / recap video production
Content capture for marketing and promotional use
Specific deliverables, coverage duration, and inclusions are outlined in the service purchased at the time of booking.
3. First-Time Client Offer (If Applicable)
For eligible first-time clients, selected packages may include:
Up to 3 hours of event coverage
1-minute highlight recap video
Complimentary photography coverage during the first 45–60 minutes of the event
Remaining coverage time dedicated exclusively to video production
Photography coverage is time-limited and does not extend beyond the defined window.
4. Booking & Payment
Full payment is required to secure event coverage unless otherwise agreed in writing
Payment confirms reservation of production time and availability
All bookings are date-specific and time-sensitive
Failure to complete payment may result in loss of availability.
5. Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable once booking is confirmed and production scheduling begins.
Refunds are not provided for:
Change of mind
Event cancellation by client
Reduced event size or scope
Client dissatisfaction not due to non-delivery of agreed services
If MJM is unable to fulfill the booking due to internal issues, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.
6. Rescheduling Policy
Clients may request rescheduling at least 7 days prior to the scheduled event, subject to availability.
Rescheduling requests made less than 7 days before the event may incur a rescheduling fee or result in forfeiture of payment depending on availability.
7. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
Provide accurate event details (time, location, schedule)
Ensure access to event location for production team
Communicate any restrictions, rules, or required permissions
Coordinate with vendors, staff, or organizers as needed
MJM is not responsible for missed coverage due to incomplete or incorrect information provided by the Client.
8. Coverage Limitations
Coverage time begins at the agreed call time and ends after the purchased duration.
MJM is not responsible for:
Delays in event start time
Missing segments not occurring during coverage window
Restricted access to areas or subjects
Poor lighting, venue conditions, or event interruptions
9. Deliverables & Turnaround Time
Final deliverables will be delivered within a reasonable timeframe based on production workload and project complexity.
Estimated turnaround times are provided after the event.
Rush delivery may be available at additional cost.
10. Creative Control
MJM retains full creative control over filming, editing, and final output style unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All content is produced in alignment with MJM’s professional standards and editing style.
11. Usage Rights
Upon full payment, the Client receives non-exclusive usage rights for personal and promotional use of delivered content.
MJM retains the right to:
Use content for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes
Share selected clips or images on social media and website unless otherwise agreed in writing
12. Chargebacks & Disputes
By completing payment, the Client agrees not to initiate chargebacks without first attempting to resolve any concerns directly with MJM.
Unauthorized chargebacks will be disputed with:
Signed agreement to these Terms
Proof of service delivery
Communication records
Event documentation where applicable
13. Force Majeure
MJM is not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Weather conditions
Natural disasters
Equipment failure outside of reasonable expectation
Illness or emergencies
Venue restrictions or shutdowns
In such cases, rescheduling or partial credit may be offered.
14. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting payment, the Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
