MJM POLICIES

This page outlines the policies that apply to all MJM photography and videography services, including event coverage, recap films, and first-time client offers.
1. Booking Policy
All bookings are confirmed only after full payment is received unless otherwise stated in writing.
Payment reserves your production date and time exclusively for your event. Dates are limited and cannot be held without payment.
2. First-Time Client Offer Policy
Eligible first-time clients may receive:
Up to 3 hours of event coverage
1-minute highlight recap video
Complimentary photography coverage during the first 45–60 minutes of the event
Remaining coverage time dedicated exclusively to video production
Photography coverage is strictly limited to the opening window and does not extend beyond that time.
3. Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable once a booking is confirmed and production scheduling has begun.
Refunds will not be issued for:
Client cancellation or change of mind
Event rescheduling conflicts
Reduction in event size, scope, or duration
Dissatisfaction not caused by failure to deliver agreed services
Refunds are only issued if MJM is unable to fulfill the booking due to internal inability to provide services.
4. Rescheduling Policy
Clients may request to reschedule at least 7 days before the scheduled event date, subject to availability.
Rescheduling requests made less than 7 days prior to the event may be subject to a rescheduling fee or forfeiture of payment depending on availability.
Only one reschedule request is guaranteed per booking.
5. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details including:
Event date and time
Event location
Access instructions and entry requirements
Any restrictions or permissions required for filming
MJM is not responsible for missed coverage due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.
6. Coverage Limitations
Coverage begins at the agreed call time and ends at the end of the booked duration.
MJM is not responsible for:
Delays in event start time
Moments occurring outside the booked coverage window
Limited access to areas, subjects, or performances
Venue lighting conditions or environmental factors
7. Deliverables
Final deliverables may include video recap films and/or photography assets depending on the package purchased.
Delivery timelines vary based on workload and production schedule. Estimated delivery timeframes will be communicated after the event.
Rush delivery may be available upon request for an additional fee.
8. Editing & Creative Control
MJM maintains full creative control over filming, editing, color grading, and final output style unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All content is delivered in alignment with MJM’s professional production standards.
9. Usage Rights
Upon full payment, clients are granted non-exclusive rights to use delivered content for personal and promotional purposes.
MJM retains the right to:
Use content for portfolio and promotional purposes
Share selected content across marketing channels and social platforms unless otherwise agreed in writing
10. Chargebacks & Disputes
By booking services with MJM, clients agree not to initiate chargebacks without first attempting to resolve concerns directly.
In the event of a dispute, MJM will provide documentation including:
Proof of agreement and payment
Communication records
Evidence of service delivery
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in restriction of future services.
11. Force Majeure
MJM is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Severe weather conditions
Natural disasters
Equipment failure outside reasonable expectation
Illness or emergencies
Venue restrictions or closures
In such cases, rescheduling or credit options may be offered where possible.
12. Agreement
By booking services with MJM, the client acknowledges and agrees to all policies outlined on this page.
